BILLINGS LODGE PROVIDES INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING THAT PROMOTE ABILITY & SELF-WORTH IN OTTAWA
Billings Lodge Retirement Community consists of three buildings that are interconnected. These buildings house 80 seniors with varying care needs, from “independent apartment living” to “supportive care” on two assisted-living floors.
Retirement Suites
Our 48-unit retirement facility offers rooms and suites of varying sizes with a style of living aimed at seniors who may need some assistance with the activities of daily living. At Billings Lodge Retirement Community, one monthly fee provides for all services.
Independent Apartment Suites
Our facility consists of 14 units that range in size from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as studio apartments. Parking, phone and cable access are included and medical and physical criteria must be met to prove self-sufficiency. Residents can participate in activities, and a la carte services include cleaning and nursing services, as well as food preparation.
Dementia Care in Ottawa
According to the Geriatric Mental Health Foundation, nearly 10% of all people over age 65 and up to half of those over age 85 are thought to have AD or another form of dementia. Billings Lodge Retirement Community provides gentle, round-the-clock care and supervision for residents exhibiting all stages of dementia, from emerging symptoms to advanced cases. We also offer independent apartments.
